Great hostel located in the lively neighborhood Chapinero. Personnel is very helpful and creates an easy going atmosphere in the hostel. Private rooms are good value for money. In the morning you can prepare a simple breakfast in the kitchen.

This hostel is very organized and clean!! There's a kitchen, good area to chill outside and breakfast is included! The staf really nice, helpful and friendly! The bed comfortable. The atmosphere is good! But I think the location is in a quiet area!

When I came to Bogota, I decided to stay in Chapinero for 2 nights (before staying in La Candelaria, the seemingly most popular area for travelers) because I had read a lot about it. While I didn't take full advantage of its location, I did meet some great people in the hostel-- with whom I then ventured out the next... More

We spent 3 nights at La Pinta and were extremely happy with the experience. It's clean, comfortable and very welcoming. The staff are great and very helpful. The hostel has a fun social vibe without being noisy or crowded. Breakfast is included and the coffee is good. There is hot water in the showers and the rooms are light and airy.... More

I usually stay here whenever I'm passing through Bogotá. It is a really nice alternative to the rest of the hostels in the city. The staff is kind and helpful, especially a guy named Mario. It is in a relatively nice, central part of the city.

Stayed 4 nights at La Ointa. Good location. Very nice set up. Fun breakfasts, nice common areas and nice interaction with other travelers. The staf was very friendly and helpful. Only problem was noise at night. Had a room close to outside patio and it was loud until late at night and sometimes even early in the morning(5-6 AM). I... More

I stayed in La Pinta hostel for a couple of nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The area the hostel is located in is safe and near good resturants, bars and amenities. The hostel itself was in great condition, with social areas such as the bar and garden to meet new travellers. Large kitchen so cooking wasn't stressful. The staff were... More

So we stayed across the road at the newly acquired hotel part. This was very nice, as for a small price you could have a private room with your own bathroom. The hostel staff were wonderful, really friendly and very knowledgeable with local information. A nice area, felt very safe. The only slight problem is that the room had no... More

I stayed in la nina hostel (the sister hostel) for two nights and the reception were super welcoming and helpful. Especially Mario who helped me book flights, sort out concerts, and always was willing to go the extra mile for any guests. In saying this all of the staff at la nina and la pinta hostel were great! I would... More
