A sweet little hotel in midtown Bogota. I had a small single room that worked well. A broken chair was replaced immediately. The staff were very kind and friendly. The bathroom was ample and clean with standing shower. The beds were clean but not so comfortable. The view was really lovely of the city and the mountains in the background.... More

Stayed three separate nights, in part with a GAdventures tour. Standard rooms are cramped: double-bed, desk, night stand, and wardrobe leave little space for spreading out or moving about. The bathrooms are clean, with walk-in showers. Standard accommodations are primarily designed for sleeping, not relaxing. The free WiFi reception was very good. Some have commented on the noise, and one... More

We prepaid our stay with Expedia, but were forced to pay for the entire stay, up front, when we checked in by the rude front desk staff. It turns out they also collected money from Expedia. We were double charged $219.89, and they are dodging our calls and those of Expedia and our bank. I am hopeful that I can... More

Location is great. Room are a bit small with no place for 2 luggages but it was ok. Stuff was very nice. When we arrived at the night there was no hot water. Price is a bit high. Although i think i was taking the place again.

This hotel is located in the La Candelaria barrio of Bogota. The gold museum and Botero museum are mere blocks away. Bogota Beer Company has an outlet down the street. Some people have commented on the safety, but there's a police substation literally right out front of the hotel. The police are on it too--a homeless person approached us for... More

Bogota is a wonderful city and this hotel is a great place to stay so you can explore it easily. One thing to note is that it has no heat. The staff however is very accommodating in providing extra blankets as needed. Their cafe on the first floor has a menu that includes a wonderful grilled plate of vegetables if... More

The surrounding blocks felt dodgy at night to a single adult man in his 30s. The rooms were clean, but felt rundown despite the fancy lobby. The staff was accommodating, but I can't say I'd recommend this hotel. There are more affordable and better options in the same general neighborhood.

I was staying in a nearby place, and their printer broke. It was a Sunday, so nowhere else was open and I really needed to print my boarding pass to fly. Yamile on the reception at the hotel was very friendly and helped me by printing my pass off for me. This was above and beyond her job description, as... More

This is a perfectly fine hotel for a visit to Bogota. The staff are accomodating and friendly, the restaurant and breakfasts were good and the location is excellent for the tourist sites of Bogota, if not the downtown business area.

Stayed here as part of a g adventures tour in Colombia. Rooms were pretty small but well appointed and light. Also good facilities at the hotel. Really handy location for some of Bogota's prime sights like Museo del Oro and the cablecar up to the mountain. Quite a juicy area at night though - I felt much more comfortable not... More
