I see the hostel has gotten a few bad rewives. I wonder if these people know what a hostel are?? It is as clean as you can expect a hostel in South America to be, so you wont eat of the floor, but it's safe to walk on! the dog living there is adorable, always looking for a cuddle, the... More

The staff is really nice, dinner is pretty good, and the atmosphere is pleasant, but the hostel doesn't have many comfortable places to sit and it gets really cold at night. The wifi also doesn't reach everywhere in the hostel. Overall it's fine but not great.

We have been here 20 minutes and it is already the worst hostel we've been in yet. Unlike the name suggests, the theme of the hostel is not 'music' but general grimness. Someone/thing has literally curled one out in the main courtyard. They give you hole ridden sheets to put on your bed which almost as hard as the rock... More

I stayed at this place while they were moving premises - and I'm sure the hostel was really great before they moved and will be great again once they get it all sorted out - but when I stayed there the lack of facilities was just too much. The toilets were flooded more than half the time, the lack of... More

Pro: pretty cheap, breakfast and dinner included (I missed dinner, but breakfast was mediocre bread, gross "jam," cheap fruit and bad coffee). Con: very edge of the Candelaria, so even more sketch than the rest of the neighborhood (which isn't that nice to begin with). Dorm beds are crammed in, no space. Bathroom didn't have any doors when I was... More

I spent a week and a half in Bogota and this was the most fun hostel I found. Beautiful building, friendly reception staff, and a great deal. I thought the drinks were great too until I found out that they were made with a cheap alcohol substitute! I caught a peek of the bottle and the staff had to admit... More

Cold in every sense of the word. Pretty chicas handling the check in/check out can change moods depending on a number of factors...ja. Like many, many places in Colombia if you are light skin, you may get better treatment...colonization legacy? I don't know...there is one young girl managing the bar upstairs...she's the best: always smiling and you can feel that... More

Pros - good location, nice breakfast - watermelon, teas, coffee, milk and a big selection of breads. Dinners were good and very big portions, veggie option sometimes not available, tell them in advance. Showers were very warm and had good pressure. Party bus was great fun on New Years Eve. Good location, on a quiet street, Candelaria and Bogota seems... More

I came to this hostel based on a recommendation from a friend, who said it included breakfast and dinner. (My friend was already staying there but we both soon left.) It sounded good to me because it was only about 1 USD more than the other options I had looked at, but when I arrived it became clear that the... More
