I came back to Chocolate Hostel for the Holidays and all staff where very welcoming with a lot of fun activities that made you feel like at home. Very clean and warm rooms, nice clean bathroom and a big kitchen for our own use. I will recommend this hostel to everyone.

This hostel is very basic but I have no complaints. Good value. Be very careful at night. Don't go out alone in this area at night. I was approached and cornered by 4 people who tried to rob me, unsuccessfully. Very scary. The hot water is undependable, though that seems to be the case in most of bogota.

A really nice place, quiet , beds are super comfi, and i liket the fact that its located next to nice places (for going out during the day and during the night). price is great comparing to bogota .. highly recommended !!

This hostel was unfortunately full of exaust fumes, from the street outside which was horrible. The rooms were okay, and showers not great. I think if they could do something about the fumes it would be much nicer.
