On my first night of stay I went to visit the front desk as I told him I did not have my room key . Instead of cutting me a new one , he insisted to come with me to show me I had forgotten it in the "power" button for the room. which was not that case. In a... More

I recently stayed at your hotel and enjoyed it a lot. It is reasonably priced, clean and secure. I was not worried about the neighborhood. The front desk staff spoke english, and were always willing to help. The rooms are good size. The breakfast could have offered more. However, it was comparable to the breakfasts that I receive at other... More

The hotel is not luxurious but it is cozy. The room is large and comfortable. The noise from outside was what bothered the most. We stayed in a room facing the street (try to avoid that). Breakfast is simple but sufficient. The hotel is located in a very good area, but not the best one in Bogota. If you can... More

I went on August to Bogota and I did not have idea about hotels, so I chose Santa Barbara. I actually made a good decision. Personal is qualified, service is good enough and location is perfect if you want to find the best restaurants, bars or shopping centres. I was completely happy with all the service, so I repeated my... More

....the Internet wifi is very spotty which can leave you hanging at an inopportune moments. my tablet crashed when the signal droped, the signal also dropped on my smart phone at the same time so fairly sure thats what the cause of the crash was. Luckily a complete reboot fixed it. this morning I've had wifi signal about 70 percent... More

The best asset of this hotel is its location, in Usaquén tourist district in Bogota. I have stayed in this hotel many times, and I have witnessed how it is deteriorating through time. It is true that the last time I got a very good rate, but I am tempted not to stay here anymore. The hotel is clean, but... More

the restaurant looks like an old kitchen, the food is really poor, the bar is like a domestic bar with poor drinks selection and for example whisky was served in plastic glass.... the rooms are about 16 square meters, the bathroom is really small, your knees hit the wall when you sit on the toilet it is next to 7... This is a very well located hotel, not just the location near malls and restaurants but the hotel it self is very nice. The customer service is very good and all my needs were met by the staff, I am a very happy customer and will continue to stay here in the near future!!

This is cool for a night max. Thin walls, pretentious front desk and no food walkable nearby. There area is safe area for sure, but there's nothing to do. The rooms are like caves, as they skimp on the bulb wattage, giving off just enough light to not stub your toe.

It's a very bad place with a very bad sense of "customer service", they don't even know the meaning of the phrase. Four stars????? NO WAY!!!!!! Not even two. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, two types of sliced bread and some fruit...that was it...ah, and some reheated food from the day before which they called "calentao", which literally translates into "reheated"....
