Located in a safe part of Bogota this is a nice alternative to the traditional tourist area of Candelaria. Staff are friendly and breakfast is included; omelet with fruit and coffee. You can take a taxi or bus to Candelaria for 12,000COP or 1,500COP respectively. There are a number of restaurants and shops in the immediate upmarket area. Not much... More

I really like the place, people are friendly and give very handy information to move about the city. Nice and simple breakfast, quiet rooms, friendly ambience. The hostel is very well located nearby Zona Rosa which you can use as a reference point for taxi drivers, Geraldo even can makes arrangements for a taxi to pick you up for your... More

There are filthy cats all over the place, walking into all the rooms.the owners are very rude. They use the main kitchen and will lock you out when they are cooking, unnaceptable! Upon our departure they tried to charge us for bottles of water we had supposedly taken. We refused to pay the owner then picked up a brick and... More

Just had a really nice time in Andes, and I'd like to thank all the stuff for all the help I got there.. The only thing I'd like to add is for you to turn on the heaten system at day when it's cold, cause both time I stayed there the heater was only on at night.

The location cannot be better! Safe location! A lot of shops and nightlife VERY close by. The people are very friendly! The hostel is clean! But: Not possible to communicate in English. When you're watching a programma on TV the hostel workers do not stop talking. Beds are painfully hard. Walls are paper thin! Nice warm shower but tiny small... More

Excellent and safe location(even at night time).Plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and two expensive shopping malls. Walking distance from famous Andres D.C. bar. Close to Transmilenio, otherwise taxi to the centre costs around 8.000-11.000 COP depending on traffic.Taxi to/from the airport roughly 22.000 COP.(taximeter) I stayed with a travel mate in a room with Ensuite bathroom. We had a massive room... We stayed in the triple private room downstairs. The hostel itself is very quiet and small. Not the best if you're looking to meet other travellers but great if you're travelling with family or friends. Excellent location in Zona Rosa with security, walking distance from a shopping centre and trendy bars and restaurants. Hot water wasn't always consistent. Staff were... More

We stayed in a twin room here and it was great. Pleanty of space and really clean and comfy. The staff were friendly and the location, right beside all the shopping centres and bars in Zona Rosa, is great as it is quiet for sleeping but the action is close by if you want to go out. It felt like... More
