this is a very small boutique hotel, only 9 rooms. most rooms are quite large and comfortable, two are really too small. request one of the larger rooms. staff is very nice and helpful speak English, breakfast is only eggs coffee and fruit. if you want a large buffet this is not your place. only 9 tables, no lunch or... This is a terrific little hotel in what I feel is the best part of Bogota. It is in quieter, but charming, Usaquen and is walking distance to quite a few wonderful restaurants. The rooms are modern, spacious, very comfortable, clean and quiet. Special thanks to always smiling Blanca, who cooks, cleans, and gives special attention to the guests, making... More

Just be careful when booking: they have a sister hotel about 20 mins away, at the other end of Usaquen (the 104 Art Suites). The lonely planet lists an email address for this hotel (the Art Suites) which apparently links with both places. So reconfirm your booking and make sure you know where exactly it is that you are staying.... More

I loved this hotel located in the quiet neighborhood of Usaquén because of all the little details that makes this hotel different from the other I've been. It is located near great restaurants and pubs but doesn't suffer of noise problems. Loved the design and the dedication they put into the decoration of the room and the little present they... More

Usaquen is really the perfect place to stay, if you are not looking for a crazy party scene - but still plenty of restaurants and lovely bars to choose from. Art suites is a small hotel in the heart of Usaquen. I would rate it ***/****. It is not luxurious, but comfortable and clean. We were even upgraded to the... More

My 3 year old daughter and I enjoyed this charming corner property in the quiet neighboorhood of Usaquen. Only 8 rooms so feels like a B&B. Simple, contemporary decor, comfortable bed and nice shower, key elements for a traveler. Breakfast is ample, coffee, fruit juice of the day, fresh fruit, eggs as you like. Great start to day. Walk to... More

We booked 1 night through their website. The reservation required a credit card. Upon arriving at the hotel around midnight, we were informed that the hotel was filled to capacity and that they had no record or our reservation. They could, however, put us up at their sister property, 104 Art Suites. Luckily, we had family standing by who were... More

I found this hotel and picked as a wedding gift, thinking it would be a cool, hip and artsy idea for our wedding night. The hotel was very pricey but since it was a wedding gift we did not mind. We got the suite... A groom and a bride want to go to the hot tub after having danced and... More

This is a relatively small hotel so it's a distinct change of pace for typical business travel hotels. Rooms are custom decorated so each is distinct. Room was nice with simple furnishings, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was decent but small. There was some road and hallway noise, but not to a distracting extent. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the... More

The neighborhood has the charm of Candelaria, but none of the problems. The neighborhood was pleasant for walking, the air clean, and there is a nice crafts market and night market close by. We took local busses everywhere and they were fast. Art Suites is a new hotel, with all the amenities. The staff is pleasant and helpful, and the... More
