My friend and I had never been to Bogota and booked this little hotel. It was great, beautiful room and a modern bathroom. The front desk was helpful and knowledgeable. They addressed all our concerns staying in this section of town. The hotel is well kept and bright. My only issues was the noise from outside, but after all it... More

While Bogota is pretty dynamic in the way of a cosmopolitan Latin City, I am very taken with Spanish Colonial architecture, so if that is your thing, then staying in the Candaleria district is a must. The hotel is meticulously being restored to its glory with really no interruption to guest stay or experience. Rooms are well appointed and very... More

This hotel is located in the La Candelaria (old part of Bogota). In fact Bogota was born not very far from here so the area has a lot of historical significance. The staff were delightful and very helpful. In fact Ingrid at the front desk was outstanding. This hotel is fairly close to the cable cars that lead to Monserrate... More

This hotel is very well situated in the Candelaria district, centrally located for walking to museums, historic sites and Monserrate. The staff was really lovely, and helped us daily with whatever we needed. Breakfast is served in a little dining room and the freshly squeezed fruit juice was a daily highlight. One word of caution: this is not a quiet... More

A well located hotel in the Candeleria district of Bogota, within easy walking distance of most of the sights and museums. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful with a good command of English. Breakfast was fair, fruit, juice and eggs to order. Room was a good size, bed comfortable and also a good size. Safe available in room.Decor... More

My wife and I stayed in this hotel three nights: April 12, 13, 14, 2014. The hotel is located walking distance to excellent museums, many lovely churches, the mountain top convent, good restaurants, and more. The hotel is clean, pleasant, comfortable, and quiet. Two rooms on the top floor have their own roof top verandas. There is also a roof... More

Brilliantly located boutique hotel with the common parts all in an Art Deco style. Great for walking round the old city Staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was not as nice as I expected after seeing common parts, but perfectly acceptable.

This is a beautiful hotel right in the oldest part of Bogata. There are fresh flowers everywhere, interesting mosaic tile work, good linens, no aesthetic detail over-looked. The breakfast room is full of flowers with a beautiful mosaic hearth and a fire when we were here in March. The coffee is great! Jaime gives basic Spanish lessons along with the... More

It's clean, and maybe just a touch above average. Great location in town, walking distance to the Botero museum, the Museum of Gold, and Montserrat. No water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was good with eggs, arepas, and a fresh fruit salad. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, with little touches here and there that made our simple one... More

You get a great welcome at the hotel from the charming, English speaking receptionists. And during your stay you will find them to be very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a small, converted, traditional building, with an internal staircase. It is the nicely furnished, with an attractive breakfast room. The rooms are comfortable and have attached bathrooms with efficient... More
