It's really like a private apartment on two levels, bright and pretty, filled with plants, lots and lots of space, quiet, great views. The kitchen and dining area is cosy, except there is no cooking facility. (A little stovetop burner or a microwave would be a nice addition.) The immense glass rooftop, mentioned by many others, is quite stunning. Friendly... More

After reading so many reviews, my friend and I decided to make a reservation in this hotel. I call them(for me is an international call), and the woman who picked up the phone told me they only make reservations through e-mail. She also said they would respond the very same day to confirm. So, I sent them an e-mail on... More

At first, I struggled to find the place, but once I found it, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms. Plenty of hot water, nice big beds, TV, everything you need. Breakfast is great and the staff is super helpful. This is a great place to explore Bogota on a budget.

Our stay here was wonderful! Each room is uniquely decorated, the service is wonderful, breakfast good and it is centrally located in La Candelaria. We stayed in the Grand Suite, which is lovely, gets a little to hot in the loft of the grand suite, but the bedroom below was very nice. On our return we stayed in a regular... More

We stayed in this cosy B&B for 3 nights which we found ample time to explore Bogota. The place has lovely clean rooms and offers an amazing breakfast of fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, coffee and fruit juice - best we've had so far in South America! Great location in la candelaria and walking distance to all the main sights. It... More

An old building in an old and very picturesque part of town, but cleverly and effectively renovated into a really quite charming small hotel. Very comfortable bed, loads of covers for those chilly nights (and an effective space heater if you wish), large and clean bathroom with shower, small desk, good wifi. Breakfast: fresh cut fruit, fresh squeezed juice, fresh... More

Very nice little place. Cheap, but certainly not generic. The place has great character (see pictures) and is as far from "a hole in the wall hotel" as possible. The people are very friendly and helpful (in the middle of the day the woman behind the counter did not speak English, but we managed using hands. In the evening/morning there... More

Everything about the Chorro de Qevedo was great. We were delayed a couple of days on our arrival and they were so accommodating, changing our booking for us......no problem. We were there with friends and were able to get the rooms we had asked for...The front desk staff were all so helpful with anything we needed to know. I'll be... More

This nice hotel is located in a ancient colonial house in the Candelaria area of Bogota' just 20 meters away from the famous Chorro de Quevedo square, the bohemian center of Bogota'. The rooms are fully equiped, wide and full of light. The landscape on the mountains and on the Monserrate Church is great. Massimo, the Italian owner, will bring... More

I stayed for just 2 nights, but the location, right in La Candelaria was perfect. First night I stayed in the ground floor room, next to the dining area, which is quite noisy, and also has a glass wall with curtains for modesty - I felt a bit on display, and they moved me to a 2nd floor room the...
