Fairly new hostel, good facilities and tidy rooms, stayed in the 12 bunk dorm which was very spacious and not fully booked so felt it was good value for money! Pancake breakfast is simple but sufficient, and you can order more food off the breakfast menu at reasonable prices and fast service. Very close (3min walk) to the bus station... More

I was initially going to stay 4 nights however after a big night out and coming home to find my bag had been looked through and my money has been stolen I decided to checkout that morning. People at the bar are really friendly and awesome and the owner is awesome to. It's a pitty you can't safely leave your... More

Hey Andrew its me the General Manager , we talk all night . Its a pity you left without leting me know. If you remenber you came back to the hostel completely drunk complaining about your issue. I told you to sleep because we have cameras all around the hostel, I was going to get a full report if somebody... More

Very standard for La Paz in terms of amentites. The hostel itself was fairly loud until around 2am. As the party happens in the brewery/bar area. Only problem is that the rooms face an open courtyard so the noise bounces and rattles into each room. It is pretty cold everywhere but the rooms themselves. The restaurant is okay but nothing... This place was like heaven after staying at certain other hostels (cough*Loki) what with the semi-decent wifi (admittedly, it is better during the day when most people are out), clean rooms and bathrooms, free all you can eat pancakes breakfast / one free beer a day. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and mature. A few things: -they make you pay... More

This hostel was one of our favourites that we stayed in, I couldn't believe how chilled out it was. It's got a great atmosphere and the staff where so helpful! We stayed for 4 nights and went to bed early most nights, didn't get woken up once from being in the dorms. The crowd seems to be more mature then... More

Nice big hostel with comfortable beds and a decent bar. Location is a little walk from the centre but not more than 10 minutes or so. You get a free beer every night which is a bonus plus the breakfast of unlimited pancakes makes a nice change to the usual bread and jam you get at other places. The reception... More

We stayed in the hostel first time round then stayed in the B&B a few doors down on our return from the jungle as I was ill. The B&B is. nicer and quieter but that's what you pay extra for. We were in an 8 bed dorm when we stayed in the hostel but it was empty other than the... More

We heard rather good feedback about this hostel, so chose to book 2 nights there. We arrived early so left our bags at the "depositorio" with the security guard - I left the luggage room for 10 seconds and came back, to find the guard going through my bag.....!!!! I got upset, and he just replied that my bag was... More

We stayed here on 2 separate occasions during our time in La Paz. This was a great base for us with comfy beds, warm showers and sociable atmosphere - we particularly liked the free beer. The hostel is quite cold though so wrap up warm or hire a hot water bottle or heater!

We stayed here off and on during our month long expedition in Bolivia. We were a 17 strong school party, 14 students and 3 staff. All in all it was an ok experience. Some of the students complained of bed bug bites but the staff were all pretty happy with the accommodation. The free breakfast consists of tea, coffee and... More
