Me and my husband stayed at hotel Calacoto for three nights and we had a great experience! We had made reservations for a double room, but got a small apartment for the same price, because they were full the first night. When we wanted to stay an extra night we got to stay in the apartment, but still only had to pay for the double room. The only thing that wasn't great was the breakfast that one morning didn't have coffee! I can really recommend this hotel if you want to stay in a friendly hotel in an area that is a little more quiet than downtown La Paz and where the weather is a little warmer. The restaurants in the area is also better than downtown. more
