I have been robbed in Eva Palace Hotel during my staying there 26-29 Septemebr 2014 together with backpacker's club from Poland. Somebody stolen money (200 Polish zloty, 50 euros and supposedly 100 USD $ and Neuevo sols. Besides one of my panties disappeared from my bag! I share a room with two doors what made easy entrance for potential thief... More

This place has friendly staff at the desk and a good location but that really is about it in the way of positives. The rooms were cold, damp and the beds were dirty. The Shining came to mind a few times. The biggest issue is security as the lift is accessible from the mall below. Also we had four notes... More

Stayed 4 extra nights at end of our intrepid tour. Didn't cost much money. Shouldn't have. Rooms were dirty. ToWels and sheets extremely old. Place musty. Had to ask for toilet paper more than once. Breakfast man was rude and ignorant. Ate at Cafe du monde other 3 mornings. 3 of us from tour had laundry done. All arrived back... More

Location, location, location is pretty much all this place has going for it. Literally right in the middle of things OK I am being unfair. The rooms are basic, but for the price you'd expect this. Hot water was intermittant, breakfast was a massive fail (go to the coffee shop/hostel next door open at 9am) and we were warned that... More

I stayed here one night, my last night in Bolivia because all other places in the neighbourhood were booked. It was a big strike in Peru and I was forced to buy a ticket for the plane , the last chance to cross the border from La Paz to Peru. The location is fantastic , in proximity of Iglesia San Francisco.It... More

Stayed two nights on the end of a tour. Somehow we ended up with a room with 2x double beds and a single (there was two of us...), but all beds were equally rubbish, faded stained sheets, flat pillows and no heating anywhere. We opted not to have the included breakfast either morning as it was uninspiring. On the up... More

We stayed here as the last stop on a tour and we were highly disappointed. The rooms are very dated, sheets are from the 1940's and the pillows are filled with some scratchy substance, also didn't have hot water until 10am the next day. The breakfast was pretty shocking too. For the cost of the room, I do not think... More

Ideal location in central La Paz...close to everything. Rooms very spacious, staff polite & breakfast on the wrong side of basic. A very strange layout for a hotel though from the main entrance to reception & into the lifts to go the rooms but don't let that deter you from staying here!

Our flight arrived la paz at 2am and felt great that it allowed the late check in! The location is strategy and just 2 min walking distance to the San Francisco Church and local market. The staff here is friendly, but there are limited choices provided for breaksfast.
