The location is great, it's in the middle of shopping, close to restaurants and both beaches!! This is a basic hotel you sleep and shower in, your not hanging out unless it's a dip in the pool. I went with friends for New Year's Eve and we got a good deal, so it was worth it. The hotel is located on the main Avenue in Punta del Este (Gorlero), so you can either consider it very well located, because it's close to everything, or on a terrible location, once it's a VERY busy area. We spent three nights in Punta del Este in ealry January. Our first hotel was terrible, so we decided to switch the next day and checked out many hotels in town (town is very walkable).
