I found the Mercure Hotel in Sana'a upscale, friendly, spotlessly clean, and efficient. The staff offered top notch service always with a smile. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The hotel is currently being renovated and expanded to make it a 5-star property. more

Clean, unpretentious. Central location, but quiet street. Good rooms, comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Realistically priced. Food not spectacular, but perfectly satisfactory. I was very pleased. more
