Having travelled to the United Arab Emirates a number of times I have to say this hotel exceeded all expectations. This has to be the best hotel in UAE, from the minute you go through the entrance you are treated like a royal. We checked in and were given tea, cold towels and roses and were greeted with a smile... more

This hotel is beautiful, don't get me wrong ! The room was nice and clean. What left me disappointed was the restaurants. I had one meal in the Mezzaluna (they think they are an italian restaurant). Food was mediocre, service was horrible. I also had 2 lunches in the Vendome buffet restaurant, and was surprised by the lack of consintency... more

This hotel was a bit of a conundrum. It was hard even coming up with a title for the review. Driving up to the entrance gave me a chance to get an idea of the size of the Emirates Palace - it really is huge, set in some spectacular grounds with lots of fountains, almost Versailles-style. In fact, the more... more

In a nutshell, this hotel is hyped way beyond its ability to deliver. The hotel is extremely poorly planned - an expansive space full of corridors and nothing else. Ordinary sized gym, no pool room, no home theater room, no positive surprises that you would not find at a nice $150-$250 five star hotel anywhere in the world. Rooms are... more

The expectations are of course high when it comes to this place, but it has quite a few drawbacks, one is the price of small things like breakfast and € 100 for breakfast for two seems overpriced even though i must say these must have been the best eggs i have ever eaten anywhere (they must have masseures employed for... more

The Emirates Palace is Abu Dhabi's answer to the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. We stayed here for 2 nights last summer (between June and September you will get a cheaper rate as it’s really hot during the summer months). The Palace is huge, with magnificent architecture that blends Arabian splendor to create a memorable experience. Check-in is after 2pm... more

Whilst not staying at the hotel itself we ate in one of the many restaurants - Etoiles, as we wished to experience 7* dining. Cocktails to start, my friend had the smoothest cosmopolitan and I had one of the best & creamiest espresso martini's I have ever tasted - Fab! Starters were divine & we both agreed we'd have been... more

I cannot recognise the most recent critical reports about this hotel as it was FANTASTIC from start to finish. In fact I was prepared to be disappointed, based on these reports and was probably looking out for things I wouldn't like - but found none. I am a very fussy person and have very high standards and expectations and this... more

The first thing you should realise when checking into this hotel is the bell boy takes your luggage off to security who take it uopn themselves to go through your personal belongings before delivering to you, generally that's fine but i am someone who would like to be present and aware beforehand, i would have had no idea except when... more
