Very bad experience. The head -an egyprtian named Motar Hany was very disrespectful and unplesant person to dea with . No understanding , it is more like running a prison in the middle of nowhere. Hotel would benefit from a refurb but then I suspect it would then be priced out of its market, still the rooms are clean. I was in a King corner suite, so had ample space. Smooth reservation. Pick up arranged by the hotel showed up too late, I took a taxi. Nice room on the renovated Corniche floor. Be advised only one floor is renovated and thats the C-floor.
