Hotel is dark dingy and run down, overcharges for pretty much everything from Internet access at over 3dhm per minute $1 US or £0.60p even the day rate at 90Dhm is a joke, to the breakfast at 80dhm per person and the hotel transport. Having stayed in numerous business hotels around the world this one has to be the most depressing. It's dark, dingy, smokey and ridiculously overpriced. I payed over £200 per night to stay in what was no better than a travelodge. The only saving grace was that the rooms were actually quite clean and the staff were ok. Advice for travellers... more

I've stayed at Novotels around the world and this is very different - it has the tiniest rooms and rather old fashioned decor. I'm not sure if Novotel head office know that this hotel is using the Novotel name... Service was fine, location ok. more

Hotel was OK, but older and starting to show its age. Furnishings a bit dated. Chinese restaurant was quite good. Location is a bit away from center of town. For the price, there are better options. more

The main problem we had was parking the car - this hotel is right in the centre of town and only has a few dedicated spaces at the front, all taken when we arrived. I stayed at Novotel ABu Dhabi during a business trip and I really appreciated this hotel. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and they make you feel like your at home.
