The hotel was very clean and the suite spacious, but the furnishings are minimal and service is "basic" at best. I had a 1 bedroom suite, all good size rooms, but furnished with bare basics-- sofa, table, bed, dresser, great closet space. A picture on the wall in each room. One of the two bedside lamps was missing a lightbulb. Basic kitchen utensils if you want to cook yourself, but no towel to use in kitchen. The key card machine was not working for over 3 days, so each time you had to go to front desk and they had to take you up to room with a master key, very inconvenient, and never an apology. Breakfast was good, reasonable, and well presented. Location is not bad, edge of city but has a taxi stand not far away and a few good restaurants within walking distance. There are many nicer rooms to be had in Abu Dhabi, this is a little to basic. Not well insulated from street noise at night. Prior to my arrival I sent the hotel one e-mail with a question... more
