I have stayed here multiple times while visiting Syria and the neighbouring countries as well as sites. What a perfectly located hotel with all the amenities and services that you need to get back to the relaxing state. A city hotel equipped with all the high speed internet that you need, with impressive views overlooking Mount Cassioun or even the... More

I recently spent a week in Damascus and stayed at this hotel. Despite the insecurity outside the service and amenities in the hotel are equal to any FS worldwide - the staff are very attentive and helpful, the restaurants good and the pool service staff are exceptional. There is a little more security to go through to get into the... More

Considering I was in what the news describes as an active war zone, j could not ask for anything better. It's a real shame what is happening to this what was once a beautiful country and people, but war is war. Safest I felt while in Damascus was the Hotel, and thankfully it is an extremely well stocked hotel.

I had last stayed in that hotel in 2007, and I am happy that I did so again last week. The hotel permises and customer service are excellent. I would recommend this hotel to any one visiting Damascus, unless the visitor prefers one of the boutique hotels in old Damascus (old Arabic houses, similar to Riads in Morocco, that are... More

The four seasons is about 45 minutes from the airport. The hotel lobby is a bit deceiving. The rooms and bathrooms are what you'd expect from a 5 star. Pool was OK, I could it all an bit old fashioned. Perhaps its an old hotel but well kept. Staff was OK, too pesty for tips. Breakfast was great but pricey.... More

Gorgeous and safe. Food is great specially the national ones. Prices are suitable, very centric and close to almost everything in the capital…security is maximum, in the safest areas of Damascus......

It's one of best modern hotels in damascus.huge , central location , gr8 food and service..but for those who wish to live damascus real spirit I recommend old city hotels. Choose one with good rating 4,5 stars ..and u will not regret waking up in old damascene house and enjoy traditional breakfast in patio nxt to fountain .

We stayed there in October 2011. The hotel was relatively empty and only accepted cash, but the people were super nice, extremely helpful and the food was fantastic. Also, the annexed shopping and dining area is a short walking distance from the hotel. The location is also a plus and it is close to all major shopping area. Hoping things... More

Good location close to the old city, and with lots of reasonably priced cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself maintains the highest of standards despite the civil strife being carried on within earshot on the edge of the city. The food is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and, most importantly, the staff are unstintingly courteous, friendly and welcoming. My... More
