Visited often and was always impressed by the welcoming atmosphere provided by the friendly staff. I loom forward to coming back in more peaceful times. Rooms are very comfortable and food is excellent if somewhat expensive compared to nearby restaurants.

A beautiful hotel that is so well decorated and appointed. It has good rooms in terms of size and decor. The amenities are good. The restaurant offer a wide variety of food. The staff are helpful but could improve on their English.

Despite all the sad events happening in Syria and the obvious difficulties of operating any business to say the least, the Four Seasons Damascus is as good as any other city FS property . Service, attention to detail, food, cleanliness ,...All 'A' One may wonder if he is really in a war area! Great job and dedication by the management... More

I have stayed here multiple times while visiting Syria and the neighbouring countries as well as sites. What a perfectly located hotel with all the amenities and services that you need to get back to the relaxing state. A city hotel equipped with all the high speed internet that you need, with impressive views overlooking Mount Cassioun or even the... More

I recently spent a week in Damascus and stayed at this hotel. Despite the insecurity outside the service and amenities in the hotel are equal to any FS worldwide - the staff are very attentive and helpful, the restaurants good and the pool service staff are exceptional. There is a little more security to go through to get into the... More

Considering I was in what the news describes as an active war zone, j could not ask for anything better. It's a real shame what is happening to this what was once a beautiful country and people, but war is war. Safest I felt while in Damascus was the Hotel, and thankfully it is an extremely well stocked hotel.

I had last stayed in that hotel in 2007, and I am happy that I did so again last week. The hotel permises and customer service are excellent. I would recommend this hotel to any one visiting Damascus, unless the visitor prefers one of the boutique hotels in old Damascus (old Arabic houses, similar to Riads in Morocco, that are... More

The four seasons is about 45 minutes from the airport. The hotel lobby is a bit deceiving. The rooms and bathrooms are what you'd expect from a 5 star. Pool was OK, I could it all an bit old fashioned. Perhaps its an old hotel but well kept. Staff was OK, too pesty for tips. Breakfast was great but pricey.... More
