Don't stay here if you have another option. Ezdan is over-priced and under-serviced. I couldn't sleep because of the construction noise surrounding the hotel. I had to call reception every night to get them to turn the AC off in the empty room next door because it caused my room to vibrate. I had to call at least 4 times... more

I think the title describes it all. Extremely poor service, very tacky fittings, staff that have enough distance between them and any remote meaning of the word "professional" that you'd need a taxi to traverse the distance; Bathrooms that stink with the stench of sewers; A so-called "cleaning schedule" that means rooms - sorry, suites according to the management, are... more

Horrendous service, poor contruction, poor houskeeping, poor service, poor service, poor service, poor service. Did I mention poor service? Doesn't even begin to describe what a horrible and continuously frustrating experience Ezdan has provided. There are an abundance of better hotels in the area and there is no reason to stay here unless it is the last room in Doha,... more

This place looks good on the web, the reality is a bit less impressive, the development is let down by showing no interest in proividing any service. It is ideal if you want a short stay apartment at a fair price and you thrive on neglect. The accommodation is clean, other than the outside of the windows. Depending on which... more

Twice on different occasions being out of the hotel, I had to call to check if my colleague was in his room; unfortunately, nobody had answered my phone calls in not-less-than 5 successive attempts. You cannot rely them on urgencies. I suggest that you and your colleagues or your family, if ever you would want to stay in this hotel... more

I shared a two bedroom apartment for 4 months with a work colleague in Tower Block 1, the building had only just opened, work was ongoing on completing the external cladding, due to poor initial installation in the rush to get the buildings open as accommodation for the Asian Games athletes the cladding was a perenial problem to the complex... more

The amenities are good...flat screen tv, swimming pool, big gym, although some finishing touch up (like plaster on wall and emergency exit stairs, esp Tower 3 & 4) are poor. Housekeeping come daily to fix the bed and sweep but they change the towels only twice(the housekeeper are very nice)... Do expect to receive not-so-good customer service experience if you report... more

Generally Okay for longer term stay for cheaper option than the Hotels . For a complex so large -2200 appartments very little ammenities. Cofffee shop has only salad or sandwiches. No chef on board as yet to offer any sort of menu. Should have a small grocery store for basic items but that is not available as yet. Pool is... more

This is a good option for a longer term business trip to Doha, say for a month or more. It can work out much cheaper than than a four star hotel. Three styles offered. Executive Studio with kitchen One Bedroom with kitchen One Bedroom without kitchen The best of the bunch seems to be the executive studio but these are... more
