Overall the hotel is good, staff are nice. Nothing special for breakfast as it a normal limited choices available in it. The hotel location is nice. I would say this hotel would be good for business visits nothing more and it would be recommends in this case.

Visiting Muscat for a diving trip was worthwhile. The Ramada is located between the city and the airport but not so convenient for the dive sites. But the hotel staff were great and organised a brilliant driver for me (Haitham) who not only took me to the dive sites but also took me to great local restaurants. The room was... More

It was ok, the food is ok, the localisation is ok... The staff is perfect. The wifi is aweful. I didn't have time to enjoy every facilities like the swiming pool or the gym so I can't judge The bed is too soft, and the wifi doesn't work properly. For that price, it's a shame

If you are planning a trip to Muscat and think that the Ramada name will provide a special place ... you are wrong. This is not a 4-star hotel. The picture of the pool ... that is the entire pool! My room was bigger. Oh ... the sun only hits the pool for 20 minutes each day as the pool... More

The hotel is well situated and a close drive/taxi to other areas. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. However, there is very little offered within the hotel. It always feels soulless when you are looking to have a meal in the evening. I have stayed many times (over 10) and have only ever eaten the breakfast. I... More

Poor service from the front desk, lack of manpower, and amenities in the room are very limited. Breakfast was not very good. It's conveniently located, but definitely rent a 4WD in advance if you'd like to visit Muscat and Jebel Shams. We later found out it was the only western hotel in Muscat that didn't serve any alcoholic beverages.

The place is clean, tidy, quite, perfect and away from the city noise, taxi is available through a request from the hotel, thus fares are somehow expensive, i.e. from hotel to muscat city center, taxi requested by the hotel is OMR 12 while if you take a taxi from the road is OMR 4, OMR 8 difference, and it is... Clean, quite place. Ideal place for a business meeting. Monalisa at the reception was very helpful. Surely, will stay again on my next visit to Muscat. This was my first trip to Muscat, and admired the place, people very much. The first impression was the best impression on arrival at Muscat Airport. Very polite and friendly. Definitely, would like to... More

This is a good hotel for a business stay. The rooms are very modern and clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. There is a small pool area which is good for cooling off. The hotel does not serve alcoholic beverages which might be a concern to some travellers. It is located in the embassy district and is a... More

We fequently stay in this hotel; this is the first time under the Wyndam. It was better. There seems to be corner-cutting now. Air conditioning in the lobby and hallway is turned off, despite our complaint. Lighting in corrdior also turned off. Quality has been compromized unfortunately! Room Cleaning, especially linens, has gone down
