stayed here in feb 2009 on business rooms were xclean, comfortable & quiet bars / restaurants were very nice, although they wouldnt serve us any food after we arrived at 11pm after a 10 hour flight which was dissapointing a few small touchwes could turn this into a great hotel - such as fixing the coat & towel hooks so... more

We stayed at the Radisson SAS hotel after flying in from Dubai, it was a welcomed change of pace. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were first class. Every part of the hotel was spotless. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definately go back. more

Hotel was well run, clean and efficient and good value for money. Comfortable rooms. Pleasant swimming pool area adjacent to breakfast room and one of the restaurants. The hotels in Muscat are in general very expensive. We have seen some mid-range hotels and didn't dare to stay there. Among "better" hotels Radisson SAS offers reasonable price for Muscat. Hotel located inland in a commercial residential district. It costs OR 4 and takes 20 mins for a taxi to Muttrah or the beach. Hotel has a medium sized pool and a nice restaurant with outside seating. They have barbecues some nights which are good. The hotel is surrounded by busy, major roads which are noisy in the pool area.... more
