Check-in: it required 3 persons to perform the check-in. They seemed to be lost with the computer system. Room are old furnished and bathroom was not very clean (on the floor). This hotel needs a serious refurbishment. We were at the Executive floor and the lounge is pretty poor in food and beverage. Staff and food were Ok but exceptional.... more

I stayed at the Hotel for 4 Nights. It was an excellent stay. Great service from the staff. Executive rooms are very well equipped. Free access to business centre, free drinks every evening at the business centre. Amazingly fantastic food and the staff were very courteous and service minded. Would recommend to all compared to the pricey Hyatt. more
