I have stayed four nights.I chose that hotel as it was in the leading hotel of the world. Disappointed! The room are noisy, you can hear the planes flying over or nearby.I was in a room where you entered first by the bathroom. No separation,so sinks first, right and left, shower and restroom(most affordable room). The food is expensive and the quality of service... more

We stayed the Chedi following an Emirates Tours free upgrade to business class offer booked at Christmas. We decided to book a Club Deluxe room for the extra benefits it afforded. We were not sorry as the alcohol prices in the hotel were quite expensive. With the Club option, we had free transfers offered by the hotel in a nice... more

I went to the Chedi looking for a holiday where i could relax and recharge the batteries. This is the perfect place. Pros: only 6-7 hours from europe constantly good weather: don't get put off by the fact that it's very hot in the summer. It's hot but it's dry, and the pool is by the sea, so you get... more

The Chedi is one of the best hotels I ever stayed at - wonderful service, stunning design, brilliant location, wonderful beach... just go for it! And don't get distracted by the pictures on the web - the wonderful bathtubs are only available in the suites :-) more

We stayed here for one night and we were not disappointed. There is nothing that hasn't been thought of in this hotel. We were greeted upon arrival with a fresh fruit juice and cold face towel. The service from the staff was flawless especially around the pool. We were served iced water all day, free of charge, and just when... more

The Sunday Mail raved about this hotel last week in a two page spread and I can completely relate to this article in so many ways. Lets get the disppointing stuff out of the way early, as its quite personal disappointment and probably won't apply to most people. I'd rather talk about the positive stuff anyway. Whilst I love to... more

This is an amzing looking hotel - from an aesthetic perspective I am not sure I have seen better. It all looks very cool and sleek from the oustide and warm and simple elegence on the inside. The rooms were decent, with comfortable beds and attentive housekeeping. There were acouple of flaws in the design - no balconey on the... more

The hotel is beautifully designed, and the rooms are very nice, however they are on the smaller side. The swimming pool is stunning. WIsh we had stayed there longer! more

Stayed for a week at the beginning of April 09 for our honeymoon. Prior to our trip, we had emailed the hotel with questions all of which were replied to quickly. We were met at the airport by an hotel representative who was friendly and cheerful. He quickly whisked us to an awaiting Mercedes for the short (10 minutes) journey... more
