The coffee shop on the lower level and the bar on the ground level were memorable. The bar provided good entertainment almost all nights with live western bands in attendance. Nice and comfortable hotel. Good for business. For Intercontinental, would not say is of exceptional standard. Trader Vic's and Senor Pico are both recommended restaurants. Swimming pool is great for lap swim. more

Although the Intercontinental is an older hotel vs. all the new ones being built, it is a very reliable choice. The hotel is still in very good shape. Their grounds are beautiful and since it is so centrally located, the hotel is actually a favorite sports club with the locals. Two nice swimming pools with lively scenes. A great selection... more
