I liked this place. It is dated but in a charming way, it's not trying to hide it or fob you off. Location is excellent for accessing Mutrah, Muscat and Ruwi. Ok, the building is quite dated, however if you're looking for a clean and spacious base while off exploring beautiful Muscat then this is the right place. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was decent.
