They really do their best, the hotel director is really kind and helps the guests giving a lot of information and worrying for their confort, but they have to improve their bathrooms,the lift, and the breakfast room. We were able to choose the room with a view. The room is spotless. The hotel is 20 mins. walk to Mutrah harbour whcih provide much charm and fascinating views. The only saving grace with the room was that the bed was comfortable - no other redeeming features, brown patterned formica furniture, purple wall and green floor tiles.
