As an extensive traveller, this is first time I've ever been compelled to write a review - as I believe nobody deserves to be subjected to such a place as this. I'm being extremely honest and sincere when I say this Hotel is truly appalling in every aspect, from first greeting and service right down to basic hygiene and facilities.... More

What to say about Napoli... We stayed in this hotel during newyears night mainly because most other hotels were fully booked. The online prices was $90, but the rack rate advertised at the reception is lower, $75 or so. The hotel is a fairly basic hotel, with decently sized rooms located directly on the Hamra main strip. The location is... More

I didn't really know Beirut but the location of this hotel seemed good for exploring. The hotel itself is in a good location and theres a nice little bar right at the door, but the hotel itself is scruffy and very outdated. I stayed in a room that overlooked the street - the paper thin glass and rickety windows meant... More

I am going to summarize in points: 1- Receptionist is very rude, the first thing he said to me that the hotel does not... More

Where shall we start, the place is a total disgrace with no hot water, dirty carpet and cramped room. Worst of all the management and staff have no concern for the guests except taking money from them. When my wife and I arrived at this hotel looking for a room for a couple of nights, we were asked to pay... More

Stayed in the 'Executive Suite' for 2 nights. Possible the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There was no hot water, a/c very poor, television didn't work and the room was generally dirty. Book elsewhere if you can!
