A horrible service, with very dark, smelly dirty rooms, I could not stay there for one hour, I had to change to another decent hotel. The problem is that SouthTravel web site put it at 5 star hotel and after compalining that it does not deserve more than 2, they have reduced it to 4 stars which is still not... more

It was the only available hotel in Hamra when we were booking, but I wouldn't stay there again. The room size is good, and the location is perfect, but the hotel & rooms are stuffy and not that clean, we stayed 5 nights where the water heater was broken for 1 night & the AC was broken for another 2... more

What a hellish place to stay! The staff are the rudest people we have ever met! Customer service is nonexistent! The whole place is shabby and unclean. Breakfast is a bad description of what they were serving up in the morning!! Do yourself a favour... stay away!!! more

The description on the hotel's website is completely different than real! There is not wireless network, no Gym and also the swimming pool was not ready for people to use. Even the business centre was not real (faulty PC with faulty fax and printer!). The staff switched off AC many times on purpose. Rude staff. Bad breakfast... never again come... more

Horrid hotel. Prices changes and went up as we tried to check out. the place was VERY dirty. But the very worst thing was the sound of hellish screaming through the night, very upsetting to find your self in a hooker hotel with people checking in and out all night. Pay more and stay away. more

The worst hotel ever. Non existent room service or housekeeping. No clean towels for four days.
