The fact that a friends of mine decided to spend for the second year there vacation in that hotel means everything went to there expectation. But unfortunately the Head of the valet parking is very unprofessional and rude . Every second day I pick up my friends(couple with two young) for that I make sure to call them 5 minutes... More

Very bad attitude from the front desk, rooms dirty even the suite, they don't have any idea what DO NOT DISTURB is they start calling early in the morning, the room was upgraded but still dirty and even someone from the management team they doesn't know how to solve a problem or even apologize for the inconvenience, even in the... Nice pool with a bar and good music, not too loud, However, if you want to just relax there is plenty of space to get a tan far from the pool and overlooking the sea. Overall great place to spend the day.

The Riviera is located right on the Corniche in the Manara (lighthouse) district and has a wonderful and private sea-side pool and restaurant complex built into the water and accessible by an underground passage from the hotel. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant day and night, with many excellent restaurants a pleasant walk or a short taxi ride away in... More

I had the pleasure of staying at the Riviera Hotel back in 1995 during the occupation. Even back then it was a really nice hotel (not that there were many other hotels). Fantastic location, excellent views and good service. Wasn't impressed with the tank situated right next to the hotel, but wasn't bothered. I went back recently and found it... More

Friendly staff very timely super clean hotel and room beyond amazing view. One of the best hotels in Beirut, I had a tremendous experience and I would definitely repeat it sometime soon. Two small problems though: cigarette burns on the couch and the carre rug is not so nice. Other than that the design is exquisite and the balcony area... More

I stayed here recently for a conference so I don't actually know how much the hotel costs. The rooms are just okay --certainly not 5 star--and the breakfast buffet is good but not great. What is fantastic is the location and the view. Situated on the corniche, the view of the Mediterranean is unbelievably gorgeous and you can easily walk... More

I'll just start by saying this a good hotel that is clean and the service is very good. The view (depending on which side the hotel you are situated) is the big blue ocean. We were given complementary gym passes for the time we are at the Riviera, the service was fast and the staff was so polite. No complaints.... More

With their very competitive early bird rates you can not get a better deal in that location. The first impression was really bad when the the receptionist messed with my credit card. First of all taking all the payment in advance upon check in was an uncommon practice in hotels I've been to. However I had no problem with that... More
