Honestly this is the worst hotel I have ever been at. No Internet no service dirty towels terrible lighting unlike what you see in the pictures and the bathroom is like a Mexican prison cell toilet space. Breakfast is terrible as well. I can't believe that they rent out rooms. I would not stay there for 10 dollars a night... More

The modest price for this hotel is still way too pricey for the poor value you get. Used to be a Grand Hotel maybe in the 70s, at the moment it can perhaps be a 1 or 2 stars hotel. The owner of the hotel for some reasons also used to disconnect the wifi during the day and at night... More

Moldy smell shocks as soon as we step out of the lift on the 7th floor. As soon as we entered our room we saw ripped wallpaper, stained ceiling, curtains and floor, disgusting bathroom, dirt, the toilet flash didn't work and the toilet cover broken and placed apart, spoiled lamp, spoiled everything, dangerous electricity - unprotected electricity wires in the... This hotel should be in the 10 Top worst hotels in the world, I don't know how it got 4 stars for! 1- Hotel's smell is very nasty 2- Cooling system is turned off 3- Water tubes were broken in the W.C 4- No heated water 5- Elevator always jams 6- No lights!!!! 7- The so-called open buffet was about... Hid in my room while thunder and rain crashed down outside. Problem: my window wall had water streaming in from the outside. Bigger Problem: this caused a power surge that fried my computer's hard drive. Bad wiring, bad weather sealing and bad weather. In hindsight, I shouldn't have had my laptop plugged in...but I also should have found a better... More

No internet, no service, not quite, AC is not good. I dont recommend any one to stay here , also you have to pay to park your car. You have to call room service 2 to 3 times to come to you and they dont clean your room unless you tell them.

Í have traveled over 30 countries from East to the West. This is the worst hotel by far. I was there Beirut for a friends wedding. Since this was a 4 star I chose the stay in this hotel on the lively hamra street. I had booked for 4 nights in all but cudnt stay through. The AC wasn't working,... More

They claim they are a four star hotel but it could hardly pass as a two star hotel in Western Europe. Of course, I paid more for the so called "stars" rather than the real room. I was charged 10 $ for one minute local call. :-( The location is quite good.

Beirut is an amazing city, but not one when you can go budget on your choice of hotel. Words can't really express just how awful this place is - mouldy carpets and ceilings, stained bathroom facilities, only one working plug in the room, absolutely dire hygiene standards (there were blood stains on the stairs in the entrance, dust everywhere, hairs... I stayed here for 4 nights to the price of 55$ a night including tax. When I arrived, I forgot to book the first night and they had something available and offered me for the same price. Also, the upgraded me from the booked single room into a junior suite (room 601). The hotel isn't fancy, even if the lobby... More
