We've checked in here for 4 days between February 12-16,2015. Reservation was clearly been followed as we arrived in the Hotel. Night shift receptionist, named Hassan warmly welcomed us and as helped us a lot in maximizing our 4 days stay in Lebanon. Suggested a good itineraries. Cleanliness of the Hotel is superb with daily room service. Buffet breakfast is... More

The room was fine, clean, comfortable, everything worked. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection, including pastries, manoushi, cheese, olives and salad. However, the European-style cooked breakfast options all looked fairly unappetising. I was most impressed by the attitude of staff who were very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate requests.

Just coming back from a 4 day stay there. There's absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel. Friendly staff, especially the staff in the restaurant during breakfast are super nice and helpful. Rooms are clean, quiet and feature all common bathroom amenities, a safe and minibar. Location is close to bars and shops and walking distance from most of... More

I stayed there for 16 days with my sons , it is very convenient. The staff are so nice . It is a small place near hamra street , the wifi was very bad, but it was bad throughout beirut. Breakfast was good.

It's a good hotel, in the center of everything (bars and stores), helpful staff especially Hassan at the front desk and good breakfast buffet every morning and 2 minutes walk to Hamra, I'm very satisfied with my stay in this hotel and of course great value.

I booked my stay on hotwire.com where it was mentioned that I'll save 45% on the room selected which was false. The room was in very poor conditions, all windows were open for no reason .. I found used tissue in the bathroom!! The bathroom itself was very old and overused just like the rest of the room, pipping is... More

We stayed here for a few days whilst visiting Beirut and it is a well run hotel, very clean and tidy with professional and friendly stuff. Breakfast is good and plenty to choose from including local dishes. The location is superb as it is in the Hamra district with plenty of Bars and Restaurants, shops near. We come again!!

I stayed in this hotel on September 29th after coming back from a 3 day trip in Byblos. I had stayed here for a week 4 years ago, and had a good experience, so I decided to make another reservation. This time I only needed a room for half a day, as I was to be leaving for the airport... More
