Very nice hotel, everything is fresh and airy. The check-in/check-out takes forever though, and not because there are many people around... me and my colleague were the only 2 people at the front desk and our checking out took 40 mins! there was no special problem with our rooms, we didn't take anything from the minibars or ask any questions.... I waited 1 hour to check in, i have to say that new rooms renovated are nice yet the service for 5 star hotel was below expectation. Pool side is nice yet beware of parties and ealiy closure without any annoncments. Lastly they charge if you park the car in the Hotel! More
