The InterCon Vendome is the smaller sister of the Phonecia in Beirut. With a much more intimate boutique feel to it, I would rate the service here probably among my top ten experiences ever. I recently stayed at the Vendome in Beirut and really enjoyed it. The rooms are very elegant, and the huge LCD screen almost seduced me away from the view of the Med crashing into the cliffs below.
