Pros: Clean. I got a free upgrade to a single-bedroom suite (seems to happen for almost every visitor when available). A small fully equipped kitchenette: microwave, electric cooker, tea pots, dishes, casseroles ...etc Complimentary water, fruits and tea-making facilities. Complimentary internet. Free parking. Late check-out till 1:00 pm Very friendly and helpful staff. You really feel at home. We stayed... More

This Hotel was close to everything and in walking distance form restaurants/pubs in monot and the main mall ABC Achrafieh. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go and if I needed to take a taxi it was only a short distance anyway. Due to the amount of time I was staying in Beirut (3 weeks) they upgraded... More

This hotel is very well located next to downtown Beirut and close to all the attractions of the capital. Very modern and clean from inside. This hotel is more like a furnished apartments building. Would definitely stay there again. Wifi is the only issue as it's a bit expensive and the signal isn't too strong inside rooms. There is a... More

Just spent 2 nights at the property and very impressed. Upgraded to a suite and late check out, all FOC. Front desk & concierge are very friendly and offer any advice sought. Will return very soon and hope there will be availability at this place. Only issue is the WiFi, quite expensive and the coverage in room was limited, only... More

Modern, super clean rooms. Quiet even though is infront of a police station. We stayed there for three weeks and walked to Achrafie, Reastaurants and Nearby places all the time. The cleaning lady was super nice during our whole stay. (Fatme!) The usual powercuts just like almost everywhere else in Beirut but electricity comes back on in a second, nothing... More

Felt we were lucky to find this great apartment with a very accommodating staff. It was clean and comfortable and close to the center of Beirut. We did a lot of walking and always felt safe. If we needed anything... coffee, taxi, water, tour, the staff was willing to helps. Also very reasonable for Beirut.

I really liked staying here. The rooms were clean, it had free laundry facilities, a kitchen, tv, living room, dining table, wi-fi. The staff was great: they'd get coffee in the morning; make reservations for us; directions to different places [I was given a map at the front desk]. No, they don't provide breakfast, but I like going out and... More

Stayed here for 1 week in May 2013 while visiting family in Beirut. The staff were so friendly and helpful to the 4 of us. The apartment was large...2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, dining area...newly updated, had cleaning service every day...area was within walking distance of the sea...felt safe, free wi fi service...free bottle of water for each person each... This is a very good option if you want a modern serviced apartment format, either for short term or longer term stay. New fittings, furnishings etc and pleasant staff. But, as they will constantly inform you, they are not a hotel and do not provide maps, guarantee internet service (which is intermittent and unpredictable), there is no tea/coffee making facilities,... The hotel was clean and modern inside. The police station next door looks more like a house and was quiet. The cemetary on the other side was small and not really an issue. The staff were very polite in general but I did not like one the valet service men who came across as rude; he apologised later and was... More
