“Nice Hotel, Shame About The Location”

No complaints at all about the hotel. Great room, good food, good service, everything works for business. The let down was the surrounding area. Adjacent shopping mall closed, lots of dirty, graffiti covered buildings - wished I'd stayed in Kuwait City

Hotel is nice but not my favorite. Be sure to request a non smoking room if that is your preference. Ideally you want to make sure you are not on the floor above or below a smoking floor as the smoke smell is quite heavy & ventilation isn't quite enough. “wonderful view luxury rooms”

I can say that al manshar rotana has elegant and luxury rooms with a beautiful view of the arabian gulf and al kout shopping mall in front of it specially from our room in the 9th floor, all rooms have a sea view but it eill be better to take a room in high level floor to enjoy the view.... More

Starting from the hotel picking me up at the airport, Mohammed told me about the area and pointed out things on the way to the hotel. From that point on, I had a wonderful experience. Food was excellent, doorman and guest services were also above expectations.
