I stayed here recently and found the hotel to be of good quality. The staff were very good, but a bit too in your face. Everywhere I looked someone was saying "Hello Sir". This is nice, but after 10 days of it you get a bit tired of it. They will collect you and drop you off to the airport... more

Great hotel and the staff are so helpful nothing is too much trouble. The airport shuttle is a great plus. If it is not available they will arrange a taxi to pick you up from the Airport. Rooms are a nice size and are really comfortable with excellent internet access. There is a good selection of restaurants in the hotel... more

Attention - there are two Holiday Inns in Kuwait, and those that refer to a 'new hotel' do not mean this one! My review definitely relates to the hotel pictured. Be careful which one you book. ... I stayed for two nights in this hotel during a busniess trip to the city of Kuwait , and to be honest it exceeded my expectations , rooms are spacious , clean , free high speed internet ser vice , a well equiped gym ...., breakfast was excellent ...... i would -for sure- stay there again more

Pale englishman in Kuwait!! Not a good time to come when it's averaging over 45 C during the day. Holiday Inn Downtown has good facilities, good restaurants and excellent staff. Stayed here twice. once not long after it opened, there were a few very minor teething troubles - the phone in the bathroom was wired up to another room number, so every time someone called that room the phone in my bathroom rang! Overall a very good location with the business centre close and good shopping mall withing walking distance.... more
