In few paragraphs will explain my nights stay in this hotel erween 5th and 8th Feb 2016. It doesn't worth the amount you are paying for 5 stars hotel it's I have been to low quality 4 stars hotels that are better in facilities and experiance than this hotel. 1. It's not luxury, all furniture and facilities are almost for... More

The Palms attracts many families on holiday weekends, and it is very noisy. Currently (Fall 2015) it is being renovated, so the entrance and beach are difficult to access. The construction is very noisy, so bring noise-cancelling headphones if you plan on lounging by the pool. The breakfast buffet was huge with lots of variety. I brought my own oatmeal... More

This was my second visit to kuwait and I booked the Plams Beach to release my stress and recover myself after surgery. The hotel stuffs didn't deal with me in professional way they weren't so friendly. The resort location was little bit far and you need taxi for any single need. However, the resort got nice beach. The swimming pool... More

I stayed in this hotel couple of years ago. I loved the fact that it have a view if the beach, the breakfast was okey. There some restaurants and cafés next to the hotel and inside it as well such Starbucks and a burger place that I forget the name of it now. The rooms are quit big comparing the... More

Stayed recently for a few days. Room was very large, with a widescreen tv, work table, dining table and sofa in the main area, with a small kitchen off to the side. Bedroom was a decent size, with another tv there. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was ok, though the shower felt a little cramped. Reception said... More

Ashraf at check-in was brilliant and a delight. The hotel is clean and the room was large. My bed was a bit hard but I slept very well. My favorite part was how nice and cold the AC was! I've traveled many places in the Middle East and this hotel had the best AC of anywhere I've been (I'm from... More

Went there for business. It is a good hotel in general. It was fully booked so they bumped me up to a 2-bedroom apartment (I was alone). It feels more like a 4* hotel rather than 5*. It was clean though, close to restaurants (it also had several restaurants in it) and has a good pool and gym. Free wifi... More

It has been my first experience in Kuwait and perhaps I have loaded of expectations the hotel, thinking it was a very luxurious place. I was wrong. Let me starting with the hotel's structure: It consists of small buildings of (more or less) three floors. In each floor there are four rooms. Unfortunately I have to say that the latters... More

We stayed there for 4 nights and I must say we were impressed. Room was very spacious and clean and the hotel itself is very nicely decorated. The staff members were very helpful and cooperative . Food was good. We really enjoyed our stay.

Worst breakfast that I had to experience in Kuwait. Very little choice if you don't eat fried or super fatty food. Eggs are okay. Fruits not ripen. Also the room of the restaurant as nothing to tempt you. Absolutely no view. It's something like 2KD and some less that at the Mövenpick Hotel but honestly I'd rather pay 2 extra... More
