Hotel is located in the main City area with views of nice buildings and lighting. It has a good dedicated parking area. Rooms on the higher floors are very good with good interiors. Lower floor rooms are very average. Breakfast spread is good. Staff is helpful and supportive.

This is a very old hotel and it really needs refurbishing. The rooms are clean but the bathroom fixtures are old and need immediate replacement. The breakfast is ok. My stay was half board so dinner was also included. Dinner was suprisingly successful and the portions were too big. Internet connection is very slow and must be improved. It took... More

It was a business visit and we reached about 3am in the morning. The reception staff was very fresh even at 3am and handed over the keys of our rooms by just taking our passports.Usually the formalities at reception take longer time for international passenger. That was a perfect gesture to have a little extra sleep and wake up fresh... More

Another hotel that falls into the category strangely absent from Tripadvisor of 'good'. It's not very good and it's better than 'average'. It's good. But forced to choose between the two, it's maybe closer to average than very good. The pluses - well located; breakfast selection is decent; there is a swimming pool (though it is small and not an... This is a clean old fashion, and rather a local hotel that is good for sleeping. It is located at a quite street, and offers a simple buffet breakfast after 7:30AM. it is clean, centrally located, and gives free coffee and tea for 24 hours a day. The internet is a little slow, but what can you do for their... More

I had the 2nd chance to book rooms and Conference room from 25th Sept-27th Sept.2014 for my guests as they had good reviews on their first stay during April,2014. However this time they had a few complaints about some smell in the common rest rooms on the ground floor and in the corridor of 3rd Floor where the conference room... More

Situated in a peripheric, bit shabby area. There's an Arab pastry shop in front and two supermarket in the surroundings. The hotel looks old style, compared with the Kuwaiti other hotels standard.Visited it and had some hair treatments: good. Pay attention, the beuty centre doesn't accept credit cards, but only cash.
