This is a grand hotel in a state of serious decline. Offers and array of tired restaurants, a health spa and pool gone to seed, and guestrooms in serious need of remodeling and upgrading with modern appointments. WiFi is poor (slow and inconsistent); cable service is English-speaking unfriendly and suffers constant signal breaks. Bathroom fixtures are clean but dated, patched... More

I stayed in the hotel for a week on business trip. Quality is right, however I found the cleanliness a bit limited eg: my shower curtains were completely black (dirty). My biggest complain is about internet service. In the hotel you are supposed to have internet service. You can connect to the wifi, but the wifi has no internet connection,... More

My company was booked into this hotel last week because the hotel that our clients had taken us to was even worse than Ramada. We had 3 rooms on "Business class" floor - I shudder to think what the other classes look like. The photos were probably taken before the first gulf war ( apologies to those who endured the... More

The hotel is good value for money. .. but only because it is so much cheaper then all the other hotels in the area. The rooms are very tired and poorly maintained. The food is average but once again cheap. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The hotel exterior does not resemble the photos, the gardens at the front... More

The hotel room was good and comfortable. The hotel provides internet access free of cost which is a plus point. However, the vegetarian food options were very limited. It may be since we visited the hotel late evening. But the food which we ordered was good. Though my stay period was limited and for business, it was comfortable. The hotel... More

Recently held a conference at Ramada, Riggea in Kuwait City as others fully booked. Can only say the staff were excellent, food very good and organisation of conference was first class. When your conference goes smoothly it makes all the difference. The hotel is a bit out of the way but easy to get to, but very good value for... More

Stayed two nights for biz trip, my dealer booked me over there as it was near to his office, the location was good, the overall feel is also good, nice building and infra, but quite old, badly needs renovation, no where near to other ramada's i ever stayed. Rooms furnishing and amenities are just able to reach 3*, now a... More

In March 15, 2013 I booked a GUARANTEED RESERVATION throw their official website www.ramada.com/ for four nights checking in by Thursday, 03/21/2013, and checking out Monday, 03/25/2013. I secured my GUARANTEED RESERVATION with my visa debit card, and received an e-mail from Ramada with my confirmation number. I booked a week earlier because I knew it was during a vacation... More

I stayed for a few nights at this Ramada hotel in October, 2012. Familiar with other Ramada hotels, I was expecting a certain level of service and quality accommodation but this was not met at this property. This was a big let-down. I was very surprised by the tired, out-dated and over-used rooms and decor. It could have been something... More
