I used to frequent the hotel a lot. However now it is clear the hotel is in serious decline. My experience.... The showers were cold no hot water, the toilets would not flush, seriously! Also the TV is still a tube from The 80's. The sad part was when I complained and asked for a better room or refund. They... More

The rooms are good but terrible WiFi, old small CRT TV with 99% Arabic channels, half of the items in the menu are unavailable. They dint even have even vanilla ice-cream. Its located outside the city near to industrial area. No places to visit nearby nor to shop.

From the photos on all the hotel websites this hotel looks to be quite nice, however upon arrival it's a train wreck. The pool was just a now empty construction lot. The hotel was somewhat clean, but when I looked over to the bedside there appeared to be food wrappers that had been there for quite some time. Nothing about... More

I had been to Kuwait to work with a Government agency and chose this hotel since it was the closest to the work site. The hotel arranged for the business visit visa. Although there was a minor glitch in the original visa arrival at the immigration counter of Kuwait airport, finally everything happened well. The restaurant offered multiple cuisine, but... More

Stayed at the Ramada Hotel while in Kuwait with work for two nights. Initial impressions were it was a large modern and sumptuous hotel upon arrival. However wonce you get to your room impressions change. Old and dated decorations and equally bad 20 year old tv with limites English language channels. Breakfast buffet was tasteless and the evening meals worse.... More

I thought it wasn't as good as the normal Ramada. It made me think that the Kuwaiti owner was not actually a part of the global chain but was using the name only! I liked the food in the restaurant and the service. The rooms were really quite dated and cramped. Our room was prepared with some furniture placed outside... More

I stayed in this hotel for a week . Rooms are spacious, but the service seems to be an apology for the word . The food choice is pathetic and the staff do not know what "Customer service means!!! What was working well was the internet wi fi. The house keeping was okay. The restaurant service is below average. No... More

This is a grand hotel in a state of serious decline. Offers and array of tired restaurants, a health spa and pool gone to seed, and guestrooms in serious need of remodeling and upgrading with modern appointments. WiFi is poor (slow and inconsistent); cable service is English-speaking unfriendly and suffers constant signal breaks. Bathroom fixtures are clean but dated, patched... More

I stayed in the hotel for a week on business trip. Quality is right, however I found the cleanliness a bit limited eg: my shower curtains were completely black (dirty). My biggest complain is about internet service. In the hotel you are supposed to have internet service. You can connect to the wifi, but the wifi has no internet connection,... More

My company was booked into this hotel last week because the hotel that our clients had taken us to was even worse than Ramada. We had 3 rooms on "Business class" floor - I shudder to think what the other classes look like. The photos were probably taken before the first gulf war ( apologies to those who endured the... More
