Overall I was really impressed with this hotel. (and Kuwait in general) Although it didn't look like a typical 4 star that you'd expect in a European City, the Service & attentiveness of the staff was superb. The restaurant food was fantastic. It's really a good hotel. Good location & view. Well equipped with all facilities. Free WIFI. It was a short trip to judge on it fairly. But according my experience in 5 stars hotel. They should work hard to be on the right track. Room service & House keeping are not on the level of 5 stars. No shopping malls... more
