I was in hotel for 1 night, Room and decoration were old and the bathroom was terrible! It didn't remind me of 4 star hotel. Although staff were kind and the hotel is located at the center of Tehran, I don't why it is ranked as 4 star hotel !

It seems this had been a good hotel once, however, it is, now, suffering from lack of attention. I didn't stay at this hotel. I was with an international company and I accompanied some of our guests to the hotel. They were, all, complaining about lack of cleanliness, hard mattresses, and the shabby appearance of the interior. Of course, if... More

The location is good,. IT looks nice from the outside. Even the lobby is not bad, but wait till you get to the rooms. Pretty bad..basically a 2 star hotel charging 4 star prices with dated and poor quality construction of bathrooms..a along with a cockroach here and there. The hotel is pretty dead and no one understands English. Definitely... More

We stayed for one night and a second time for 4 nights. Right in the Center of Tehran it is a good choice for the price to pay. Room are someway alittle bit old furnished but ok, breakfast ok with a normal selection of food. Staff at Reception very helpful. There are surely better places to stay but price relation... More

The reception area could have come from a Bogart film. Plenty of charm with some eccentroc looking staff. They all speak good english and are eager to please. We had some pictures that need wrapping for the plane and the staff went out of their way to find cardboard and wrap them for us. On check in you will be... More

Good location, helpful staff, reasonable food in Restaurant. On a very busy street, so you take your life in your hands making a suicide attempt to cross it, but this is par for Tehran. Very hard bed, but room and bathroom OK. Smart doormen who will carry your bags, and call you a taxi.

The hotel must have known grander times in th past, but it clearly shows that maintenance and upgrades have been scarce since. Our room at the 11th floor had bars (!) and did not close properly. Fortunately, the A/C did work which proved essential at this time of the year. Internet access did not work throughout our 3-night stay despite... More

The Howeyzeh is a reasonably good hotel but the rooms are too small and pokey and the facilities poor, almost no internet when I stayed. If you spend a lot of time in your room pick somewhere else, if you want to get out and about then this is a great location with some of the nicest restaurants and parks... More

situated in the heart of handicraft emporiums and markets, the Howeyzeh is a nice place for a visitor to Teheran, especially for short stays on work. picking up those gifts in a short time is a breeze. the hotel is like Teheran probably was 30 years ago. rooms are clean and comfortable, and food is good. Unfortunately, internet has yet... More
