The hotel is decent and people here is very much helpful for your needs. I liked the stay here. I stayed in grand 2. The rooms neat and superb. Food is awesome. Since I visited during Ramzan it was little difficult to get food. But hotel people helped and guided very well.

Good for meeting at lobby, variety of choices in breakfast and dinner. There was only one problem for me. WiFi for my room was not stable and I connected to Internet at lobby every time. Problem seems only for WiFi access point for western part building of 4th floor because lobby and eastern part of the building never failed ;)... More

The location of the hotel is very convenient, especially as it is very close to the Metro. I stayed at the renovated rooms, which are ok, I found them not very well cleaned to be honest. Breakfast was not according to my personal taste - the dinner in the restaurant was to recommend, as main courses include also soup and... More

The worse experience in Iran. There is the Grand Tehran1 which can be compared with old intercontinental hotel from the Soviet era, and the Grand Tehran 2 which has been recently renovated. Really a sad experience. We made the reservation from abroad for the Grand Tehran 2, but they gave us rooms in the 1 because 2 was full. After... More

Old rooms, poor bed, very old bathroom. Quite a difference compared to the Web site ! The Windows are not closing, so you can enjoy the street activities and the noise from a nearby construction site ( the trucks are allowed in the city only during the night ! ). And it is not cheap ! A positive point, the... More

I booked in the hotel but I didn't confirm my reservation , when i arrived there was no vacancy for any available room because of the petroleum exhibition in Tehran .the front desk employees were very sorry for that issue but there is always a way to solve the problems . the manager Mr. Mehrdad who is a very professional... It's my 2nd visit to the hotel, so I can compare: the price is fantastic (received a discount for booking early & online); the location is excellent ($25 from the airport); the room and wi fi and TV channles were worse but air-con and fridge and the cleaning service are excellent. Free English-language Iranian newspapers are available daily. Of special... More

This was my first trip to Tehran, on a business trip purpose. I had good times in Tehran as the people, the waether and the food were so good. But hate the traffic though. I stayed five nights in Tehran Grand with good rate booked by my local friend. Its location is perfect, in the city centre, around 1 hour... More
