What an unique experience. The staff is very friendly and well organized. I stayed for 2 weeks and it felt like my second home. It is an international hotel for business and tourists in the heart of Tehran. On walking distance I could visit shops and the lively surroundings. Also the Museum is only 20 minutes from here. I used... More

Nice entrance lobby, good sized carpeted room with twin beds. Mirror at desk with two convenient power outlets. Good free wifi in room. Decent but not very bright lighting. Efficient airconditioning. Tiled bathroom with more than a minimal space for toiletries at the sink, tub/shower with good waterflow and partial swing-glass enclosure which leaks water to the room, hence must... More

Stayed for a week, they have two buildings one old and one new , but staff was courteous and helpful , centrally located , easy to travel in and around. Coffe is great in the Italian restaurant and the smokers lounge a relief .

I stayed here for a work conference. Very clean and friendly place. Nice food choice and professional staff. Will definitely come here again. This was my second time staying here and will do so again next month when back in town.

This time I stayed in luxury rooms of the hotel. Room furniture and equipments are better than normal rooms. But still some receptionists are impolite and some of them which are new, became nervous when more than 2 guests arrive . Laundry service are very poor and when you call them to send a shirt for ironning , nobody come.... More

Stayed on business for three nights, check in was polite and quick. The room on a high floor was ok, clean but basic, the bathroom was very dated but again clean. If you're looking for a bed for the night which is comfortable then it fits the bill. As for breakfast with out doubt the worst I've experienced in a... More

I stayed three nights at the Tehran Grand Hotel II and was not at all disappointed by this hotel. The reviews I read on tripadvisor absolutely blasted this hotel but the hotel looked nice so I decided to plunge in and book. The hotel accepted and confirmed my booking online without a deposit which I was very impressed by. The... More

Before visiting Iran I carefully checked all hotel reviews in Tehran at tripadvisor. I contacted at least 10 by sending e-mails or visiting their registration pages. I received only 3 replies and Grand Hotel-1 almost immediately confirmed my request. I negotiated the price for 1 single room for 4 nights and to my pleasant surprise I received a DISCOUNT when...
