The personal were so friendly. We were there for our honeymoon. After the personal learnt about our wedding, they prepared a surprise for us and we got a upgrade for our stay in king room :-) The room was decorated with rose, flowers and had Tee and some snacks….. They have a rich breakfast and you can order to room... More

i was unaware of the fact that hotels do not accept foreign credit cards in Tehran. I did have a decent room, with limited equipment. It was hard for me to connect with the staff who does not speak English. Don't go to the restaurant: the food is terrible except for breakfast. I was rescued by a young lady at... More

Good location in Tehran. Rooms bit dated and basic but functional enough. Resteraunt not too bad in the evenings. Breakfast bit of a "scrum" around the buffet. Coffee close to worst ever tasted. Small pool and sauna, steam room in basement (payable). Front desk reasonably competent with taxi's and information and so on. Third trip to Tehran and stayed previously... More

For and expensive hotel, my stay there was terrible! The hotel is labelled 4 stars but it can hardly be a 2 stars hotel. Rooms: The rooms are really old, the TV is basically 12 inches from the 1980s, there is rust and peeled painting everywhere. The bathroom leaked water from the sink and oozes bad smell every time you... More

I stayed twice in the hotel. The first time I did not know that they have two types of rooms - old and new rooms. I got a older room for $76, which was not very charming, with old furniture and an uncomfortable bed. The main benefit of the hotel is the location, which is in central Tehran, and you... More

Ok location close to transport. Ok room , but old furniture. Beds too hard and not very comfy. Breakfast only average. Staff at reception only speak limited English. Not very cheap, for 150 usd/night you can probably find something better.

With my third stay in this hotel in just 2 years I may point to the following strong points: 1) very good location in the main street close to recently opened metro station; 2) breakfast, lunch and dinner for busy travelers (this time with chef preparing excellent omelet with vegetables and also very good pancakes right in front of you);... Avarage. Rooms are ok wifi is working nice allaround. But there is no gym even if it id mentioned on the website. Restaurant just ok. Breakfast ok. The classic 4 old star in Middle East. Position is nice to reach fair trade ground and also main business district in the city

Considering my expectations coming to Iran for the first time, I consider the experience of staying in Tehran Grand as positive. Our travel company chose and booked hotel for us. Two ladies in our group complained that floor/carpet was not clean (which was but it was OK if you don't walk barefoot). Wifi in room was off at night and... More

I can not recommend this hotel! Why the reception stuff was the most rude and unfriendly I ever had in Iran. When I checked in, they guaranteed me a price. After two weeks the told me that the rate was changed of 20 $ since I checked per night. It means 280 $ more. the reception stuff did not allowed... More
