It's regarded as 5-star in Iran but of course you shouldn't compare it with other 5-star of international brand. I would say it's functional room with quite elegant decorations, buffet breakfast choice various. Common area and room inside spacious. Not bad.

A very serviceable hotel. Rooms were clean and quiet. When a room was requested facing the park (rather than the street) it was done with courtesy. A varied and excellent breakfast buffet. Laleh Park behind the hotel is a wonderful calm oasis. A good start to our Iran tour.

I was unaware this is 5star hotel. Maybe just as well as no expectations. Room was clean and comfortable, checking in/out was efficient. Staff pleasant. No complaints but it is not international standard 5 star. Felt safe, would stay again.

I spent 1 Month in that hotel. Employes are friendly specially at the coffee shop. but! Service is worst than in a camping. Forks, knives spoon and plates are not always changed between the customers. The French restaurant as only a french name.
