I travel a lot and I have stayed in many countries but mostly I stay in 4* rather than 5* star hotels but as I made my decision to travel to Iran then I thought that it could be a great idea to stay at a 5* star hotel because previously I heard that staying at 5* hotels in Iran... More

Nice and clean hotel with the downtown location. From international point of view it is surely 4 not 5 stars hotel. It is located close to the business down town, couple of acceptable restaurants, souvenire shopping and a couple of Tehran local attractions. Personal is friendly and helpful. The currencies exchange rate at the reception is good. The main problem... More

I stayed at the hotel for a total of 5 nights. The room was clean and spacious. The only downside was the noise from the street. I wanted to commend the concierge and the bell boy for their exceptional services. My flight was cancelled and the concierge helped me to get on another flight. I fell asleep in the hotel... More

Clean, comfortable, quiet with a good traditional restaurant (we appreciated the Iranian music at dinner, especially when the musicians did classical Persian music), reliable wifi, a very pleasant lounge for tea with plug points for your devices - most everything you expect in a good international standard hotel and the best we stayed in during our month in Iran. The... More

I stayed here while exploring Tehran. Great location. Very highly recommended. Of the places I stayed in Iran, this most reminded me of a "Western" hotel. The rooms were clean and new. But a bit small. Breakfast was decent. Wifi was reliable and included.

I have spent 4 nights in the hotel on November for business. I was amazed with the level of service for the hotel in Tehran. The room was spacious but a little bit hot. it was very clean and has all needed amenities including safe box, kettle, TV, and mini bar. The toilet was also spacious with all needed toiletries... This is really a 3.75 star review but I'm rounding up. Let me also say, this is about as good as it gets in Iran. The country still has some catching up to do with some of the western standards (not just the Four Seasons, Ritz Carltons, etc but the Hiltons and Hyatts out there). That said, I thought the... ..... there was a problem : my room was so so hot .., I called "Housekeeping" twice and was finally told nothing could be done as all the rooms had the same heating ( which could not be stopped or diminished). I had a sleepless night in this 'sauna' like room and finally changed to a room TO THE NORTH... More

Like most first time visitors to Iran I had no idea what to expect but right from our early morning check-in after an overnight flight everything was as good as we were used to in Europe. The staff were pleasant, the room was large and well appointed, the wi-fi worked and the tea making facility very handy.Breakfast was basically Middle Eastern but the... By no means is this a 5 star hotel but the service is good, breakfast excellent, rooms clean and spacious no there is a well equipped gym, though only open to men. This is a business hotel but so are most hotels in Iran! Location is good and the views of the mountains from upper floors are memorable.
