Stayed here or two nights in September 2014, everything is great - service, rooms, comfort, beds and breakfast. I really enjoyed the breakfast it was the best in all of Iran. The location is not bad other just 10 minutes walk o the bazaar. Will recommend to others.

This is a decent hotel in the centre of Iran that tries very hard to be 5 star, and probably is - in Iran. The rooms are comfortable and very clean although the decor is very slightly drab and dated. The restaurants are international standard and breakfast was particularly good. Staff on the front desk are well meaning and very... More

Extraordinary Hotel in Tehran stayed in this hotel for two nights and I really enjoyed my stay. The building is amazing! Really feels like you are staying at an old Persian palace from Persepolis. “Stunning hotel, excellent location.”

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the hotel - very modern and chic. I was even more surprised when I got to room, as I only booked a regular room. The room was very modern and spacious along with large bathroom. My bags were left behind in Isfahan on my flight to Tehran and the hotel receipt were... More

I've stayed several times over the last 6 months. Staff speak good english and are very helpful, the location is good on a street with a central wooded walkway, shops and restaurants can be found nearby. The subway is also an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel The pool fitness area is excellent and open from 15:00 - 23:00... More

Great comfortable rooms with decent wifi service. Location is great as bazaar and most other attractions are only short drive away. When you get out of the hotel, turn right, walk until the roundabout and then turn left cross the road to reach a nice shopping street. Overall great place to stay in Tehran.

Stayed at Espinas as arranged by local travel agent. This hotel opened in 2010, and it's just like any regular 4-star international business hotel. Room is spacious. There is WiFi though a bit slow, hence I would recommend you get a phone card at the airport when you landed in Tehran. The hotel is in good location in city centre.... More

This hotel is very centrally located in Tehran. The rooms are large and clean and the staff are reasonably friendly/efficient. The breakfast was good with a wide selection of local and international offerings.
