The hotel building is nice and also it's decorations.but i believe the price is rather expensive compare other hotels in tehran:-) miles served at morning, lunch and dinner is good but the behavior of some waiters, somtimes not so nice and gentle:-)

We stayed at the hotel for almost four weeks and it was truly a wonderful experience. All our needs were met and all expectations were fulfilled. Professional and friendly staff were there to help you at every turn, great restaurant on site for lunch and dinner and an awesome breakfast buffet. If you desired a different type of cuisine for... During my visit in Tehran in Fall 2014, I decided to stay in Hotel Niloo. After one week of stay, I can write without any reservations that this is simply the best hotel in Tehran. If I ever come back to Iran, my choice will be easy. For excellent efficient service, family-like friendly atmosphere and comfortable rooms and decor, I... More

Entering our appartment (202) was like a visit to elders : old furniture at the end of their rope, tacky old curtains with the occational broken sliding system and an outdated kitchen with a couple of non working appliances. After removing the dirty rug from our bedroom, we found a used cotton swab underneath and a couple of tissues under... More

Despite undergoing extensive renovation and rebuilding of 30 more rooms Niloo has managed to retain a unique charm and is a good choice in a quiet location. Restaurant in the evening is excellent serving high standard Italian fare. Rooms are large (with efficiencies) and staff could not be friendlier or more willing to please.
