I selected this hotel for the price as I was told by my boss that we had a slim budget. Never having been to Bahrain, I had no idea what to expect, so I asked individuals from another division of our company who had been before where to stay... If you have never been to the middle east before and... more

Located at the heart of Bahrain, the hotel is ideal for business travellers looking for budget hotels. The service is pretty good and the hotel is close to the center of Bahrain. The hotel has two multi-cuisine restaurants and the friday buffet - Indian cuisine is particularly good. The indoor swimming pool and the health center are of mediocre quality.... more

As I have been to Bahrain several times before in similar class hotels.... my expectations were low. Unfortunately , I happen to go during F1 time so the room rates are sky high bordering on extortion everywhere in town. This hotel certainly has seen better days, however my room was clean , the bed was comfortable, staff was friendly and breakfast... more

Overall a poor hotel. Dated room. Bathroom dimly lit. Terrible breakfast. Noisy club. Hotel in bad location. The service from the staff was fine but I won't stay there again. The only reason I chose this hotel was because I felt the 5 star hotels were way overpriced and I thought I'll try this place. If I could have turned... more

I booked this hotel because the price was good and I trusted the Ramada brand. Never again. The hotel is tired and needs a refurb and it is in a run down part of town. The worst thing is the Sports Night Club. Not a place with widescreen TV showing football but a dingy bar with three fat women (actually... more

Whilst checking out of this hotel I noticed that my wallet had fallen from my pocket (in the room). A member of staff was leaving the room and walking to the other end of the corridor as I walked back towards the room, (presumably he`d been checking the minibar). Between getting to the checkout desk at reception and noting that... more

Definately not my first choice of hotels but its fairly cheap as hotels in Bahrain go. Its in a good location and easy to get to anywhere by taxi and there is loads of food places around the hotel as well. The hotel itself is very dated, needs a good revamp. The rooms just seem to be brown - thats... more

I will never forget the smell of the room! One of the worst, desperately need maintenance bathroom, very noisy music from the night club and the football playground outside the window (the guys played until 2am!!!), very poor breakfast. The only good things are the free wireless internet, and the cheap price 31BHD more

Prices in Bahrain were quite high during our visit and we managed to get Ramada Palace at a reasonable rate. The hotel is clean, staff are helpful and we had no problems booking over expedia. The only problem was the hotels location. It is not walking distance to good restaurants or take-aways and taxi's are expensive. I suggest you hire... more

Beware of the "bait & switch" at this hotel. The hotel shuttle met me & 1 other passenger whom I did not know, at the airport upon our Midnight arrival. About 5 minutes "after leaving" the airport, the driver received a phone call, & he was asked to pass the phone to me. I was told that the hotel had... more
