This hotrel is located in the seef area away from the city centre. this is a big advantage since you avoid the traffic. It is extremely well located from Malls and Offices so business and pleasure can be done at thye same time. The staff is extremely courteous, and the Room is perfect for Family people. However, it is costly... more

The location is great and so close to the mail shopping malls. The rooms are large and both kitchen and bathrooms were so clean. There are only two lifts which makes you wait for sometimes :( Their room service its so late so you should phone to him 2 times. over all its great place to live in. more

We chose this hotel at random. My husband is Bahraini but had never been in any of the hotels in Bahrain. Well, I think we chose the right one. The location is very good, close to shopping malls, restaurants, the beach, etc. Although it's true that Bahrain itself is very small and there are no distances. The rooms are self-catering... more

Before visiting Bahrain, one should know that Manama serves as the outlet for repressed Saudi Arabs who swarm to the city by the thousands every Thursday to enjoy the nightlife. Assign whatever meaning you can conjure into the word 'nightlife'. There are numerous hotels (I've stayed in one or two) catering to the rowdy weekend throng. Thankfully, this is not... more

the rooms were huge and spotless, the checkin was very quick and exceptionly freindly. we stayed for 3 nights with our 3 daughters the staff learnt there names in the first 5 minutes and made a huge fuss of them the whole time, which was a real plus. the breakfast buffet is nice quite small and no pork products if... more

I have just come from a two night stay in bahrain with my wife and 2 years old daughter. Overall, the stay was worth it but I have few concerns. To be fair about this hotel, I decided to comment on the aspects I think are worth mentioning: 1- Location: As written by other reviewers, the location of the hotel... more

This is a really new hotel set near some great shopping malls. The locality is very new which means that there is some empty desert areas around but I'm sure that they'll be covered by buildings soon. The hotel itself is quiet and has a small pool on the rooftop where you can get a good view over the newer... more

As with most Mercure properties, this hotel is largely designed and decorated according to local style and tastes. The room was more like a 1 bed apartment with full kitchen, dining area, lounge with CD player and en-suite bedroom. Breakfast is very good quality (though small selection) buffet and room service offers a decent selection of reasonably-priced Western and local... more

If you're visiting Bahrain, don't go anywhere else, this is the best place to be! As soon as you enter the hotel - you'll feel like you're home... if you like the exteior, check out the details of the interior. The rooms are huge which equal the size of Suites in other hotels already. The best thing - it's just... more

The good: Great decor; large rooms; very nice rainfall showers; located right next to the Seef Mall. The bad: Room smelled unfresh; breakfast buffet was sub-par; doors are very heavy and wake you up when they close on your floor; concierge didn't hold open the door for my wife who was weighed down with baby gear. Overall I don't think... more
