I stayed at this Hotel for about a week. The hotel was booked by my company so I cannot tell you much about the booking process but I am pretty sure it will be easy seeing the efficiency of the Hotel staff. All departments are worth a praise. Positives: Location is exceptional in the sense that there is a lot happening nearby. You have a restaurant near the hotel, a mall is not far off. Room was large and the bathrooms were clean. The shower was very nice with both a handheld and a rain shower. Room had all amenities that you look for. The tariff included breakfast... More

Very nice room, good bathroom. Dining / breakfast area a bit sterile, without atmosphere. But there's a great Italian restaurant just outside the hotel "Cucina Italiana", where I had one of the best pizza's ever. They also serve good wine. The breakfast in the hotel is okay, good choices. Personnel is very friendly, trying to give you help whenever you... More

We got the best suite room ever in Al Safir hotel. The luxurious suite room is so spacious enthralled with two bedrooms with individual comfort room, a very neat kitchen, spacious living and dining rooms and an indoor swimming pool. This room is located on the 14th floor where you can have a good view of Arabian Gulf and partly... More

Very Good Hotel, Very nice surroundings, Hospitable Staff, Neat and Clean Rooms, Bathrooms, Bedding and other things. Value for Money. Fantastic Food, Very neat staff. Very good Gym, Clean Swimming Pool. Well maintained surroundings, Big Television, Latest technology used for electrical switches. Only problem is the WiFi - Internet connection, which is very slow; in some areas absolutely no access.

Actually, my impression was much better than many reviews I have read before this stay. Staff was pleasant and efficient, and supermarket was nearby. Irish pub and Italian ristorante were also good. Gym facility was well equipped and clean. If you do not raise your expectations too high, this hotel can be a good choice. Personally, more breakfast choices may... More

This hotel is ideally placed, the apartments are lovely and nicely furnished. The towels are fab and plenty of them. Toilet roll is cheap and nasty. My main issue (and why it does not get 4 stars) is that the staff do not listen. We were not given key cards when we checked in, we were told we could collect... More

It was a big room, but there was a lot of wasted space. What really annoyed me was the zany lighting. It might have looked groovy in the 1970s, but I found it impossible to read a book in the room. Can we have one reading light please. Big TV with an excellent selection of channels. Good location if you... More

I came to Bahrain for the weekend with my family and stayed at Al Safir mainly to check out an apartment option in Manama that we hadn't tried out before, and I can safely say that when in Manama again, we'll definitely be staying at Al Safir for at least another weekend. We stayed in the apartment/tower building of the... More

Good hotel. Breakfast was ok included in our price. Concierge Micheal was excellent and organised a bus to ferry 16 of us to a restaurant. Excellent for a quick escape from the sandpit. Bennigans (under hotel) was good value too.
