Do NOT stay here unless the price is lower than USD 50. 1. It is a very old hotel, they have hair dryer from 70's in the bathroom which has weaker air than outside. 2. There's no plug near the bedside or anywhere! (You need to unplug the TV or water boiler near the door to charge your phone. Really!?)... More

My entry in career to Bahrain had me put up at this above average hotel and for sure didn't disappoint. 2 weeks did I stay and it is definitely a recommended hotel. The rooms may be a little on the smaller side but it compensates well with the other factors of the hotel. The breakfast is great and it is... More

I stayed with my family twice in golden tulip in two months, the hotel's location is perfect to be able to move around. The staff is efficient but doesn't seem to be in a good mood when communicating with the guests. I liked the Shisha on the pool area. Rooms on the other hand were quite convenient for the price... I don't know who named this place the golden tulip, it should be dubbed the "Black Cactus" for sure. It was a transit stay for 6 hours and it was just like hell! Many Thanks to Gulf Air the worst airline on Earth for making this nightmare happens. I can confidently say it's the worst hotel i have ever seen... More

I stayed in Bahrain GT for one night being sponsored by Gulf Air. Rooms are average, Bathroom lights are too dark. Bed Sizes are Single. I wish they had Tooth paste which any checked in passenger may need right away in room. Staff are friendly, Loved the outdoors, pool and pool cafe.

It was our company yearly meeting visit. Staff were very polite. Rooms were clean and food in the restaurant was delicious. We stayed for 3 days and the service was just fantastic. I definitely recommend this hotel to others who wants to have pleasant stay in Bahrain.

Nice hotel with reasonable service and facilities but it is 4 star at the best. The breakfast was not up to standard and the staff at breakfast were not very friendly. Poor internet reception plus the broad band internet was not functional. The TV was not properly set. The room furniture apart from the bed were out dated and definitely... More
