This hotel is tired looking and rooms were too grubby for what you are paying. Room service took forever, reception not very helpful - maybe a bit understaffed? One redeeming point is that one of the few authentic Japanese restaurants in Bahrain, Kei, is at this hotel. more

Central location for the Diplomatic area. The building is old and the furnishings tired. This hotel offers what most business travellers would class as 3 star service and poor restaurants.
